Even tho they say you can have it in your body for years I know I got it form my current BF (who didn’t tell me about it… JERK!). I broke out down south, freaked out and went to my doctor who confirmed a diagnosis of HSV-1. It has been about 2mo since I found out.

My question to you is my relationship is not going well (for additional reasons) and an ex and I want to get back together. I don’t want to do anything to harm him and will tell him previous to we have sex again. How do I do it? How do I bring it up? What should I say? I am confused because I haven’t had to deal with this previous to.

Also am I mistaken in thinking that 1 isn’t as terrible as 2? Not as simple to pass? That was kinda how i understood it from my doctor. Please help me here… God knows i need it!
